The Biology Department curriculum is taught by instructors who work with the students both in the classroom and the lab. Lab work ties closely with material covered in the classroom.

The TRCC biology labs in the Westover Administration Building on the main campus in Poplar Bluff were expanded and completely updated in 2007. These two “new and improved labs” combined with the new labs at Three Rivers' centers in Sikeston, Malden, Portageville and Kennett provide Three Rivers students with state-of-the-art laboratory experiences.
