His career record is 884-215. Over the course of his career, he has twice been recognized as NJCAA Natonal Coach of the Year, 15 times for Regional Coach of the Year , and 14 times for Conference Coach of the Year. He is a member of the Poplar Bluff Sports Hall of Fame, Missouri Sports Hall of Fame and National Junior College Hall of Fame. He was recently selected to "The Best of the Best" junior college all-time top coaches.
