She earned her BSN from Arkansas State University in 1989 and MSN from University of Missouri, St. Louis in 1992. She works part-time as the house supervisor for the local hospital and has experience in the emergency room and intensive care unit. Her first love is teaching and she enjoys working with students.  She has taught at TRCC since 1989 and is currently teaching Psycho-Social Nursing, Advanced Medical/Surgical nursing I and II and Intro to Pharmacology.  She also teaches Lifetime Wellness on the WEB and is the faculty advisor for the Student Nurses Association. Rhonda is adjunct faculty for Southeast Missouri State University assisting with their senior level nursing management course and will assist Hannibal-LaGrange College with starting their on-line BSN program.
