Records & Transcripts

Student academic records are considered private and are protected by FERPA and other institutional, state, and federal privacy regulations. The Office of the Registrar embraces your privacy and takes every precaution to protect personal and academic information; therefore, only the student may request academic and other educational records. Three Rivers does not accept telephone requests. All financial obligations must be met before a transcript is released. Transcripts requests are submitted online via the National Student Clearinghouse or myTRCC

Cost:

The transcript fee is $6.00 per copy and is non-refundable. Check your order carefully before submitting!

Processing and Delivery Options:

Electronic transcripts are the most efficient delivery method. Electronic transcripts are generally sent within a few hours of ordering 24 hours a day. Please note DESE only accepts mailed transcripts.

Mailed transcripts will be sent via regular US Postal Service mail the next business day after the request is received, with the exception of weekends, holidays, and school closings. Information regarding school closings can be found on our website at https://trcc.edu/academics/academiccalendar.php. Please allow 7-14 business days for mail delivery.

Hold for Grades – Students may request transcripts be held for final grades. It is recommended that students do not choose this option unless it is within 30 days of the end of the term.

Hold for Degree – Students may request transcripts be held until degree is conferred. It is recommended that students do not choose this option unless it is within 30 days of the end of the term.
