Student academic records are considered private and are protected by FERPA and other institutional, state and federal privacy regulation. The Enrollment Services office embraces your privacy and takes every precaution to protect personal and academic information; therefore, only the student may request academic and other educational records. Three Rivers does not accept telephone requests.

Effective July 1, 2010, the Enrollment Services office will no longer accept payment for transcripts in the office setting. In an effort to enhance customer service, please select one of the following preferred methods for ordering a copy of a Three Rivers transcript:

  • Credit or debit card information including the three digit security code found on the back of your card. The cost is $6.00 per transcript and is paid directly and immediately to Three Rivers at the time of the request.
