Three Rivers District Residents	$67 per Credit Hour
Non-District Missouri Residents	$107 per Credit Hour
Out-of-State Students	$134 per Credit Hour

Common Fees	$13.50 per Credit Hour

In-District includes the four-county Three Rivers taxing district of the Missouri counties of Butler, Carter, Ripley and Wayne.

Institutional Fees
Institutional fees are those fees necessary to cover the operational cost of providing specific services for the student. Those fees consist of, but are not limited to: application for admission; graduation fee; incomplete grade change; institutional process fee; insurance fee (student liability); state registration fee;
withdrawal fee; cancellation fee; schedule change fee; textbook rental fee (per course in which textbooks are issued); and transcript fees.

Semester leases include utilities. Financial Aid that flows through the college can be applied to the balance of your lease. Deferments are available in the Business Office in order to defer the amount covered by Financial Aid and adjust monthly rent to reflect the deferred amount.
