Rivers Ridge Apartments
Rivers Ridge Apartments, Three Rivers' student housing, is comprised of 46 four-bedroom apartments. All of the apartment units have private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room area and a full-service kitchen with stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Rivers Ridge has upgraded the housing package to include water, gas, trash and sewer service, high-speed Internet, electric, and basic cable television. If desired, the bedrooms may also be wired for telephone at the student's expense.
Rivers Ridge has many amenities that include an outdoor swimming pool, a sand volleyball court, a pavilion with picnic tables and BBQ grills, a clubhouse with a big screen TV, a study room with computers and printers, a laundry room, and snack machines. The housing staff plans many exciting activities throughout the year to provide students with opportunities to connect.

Rivers Ridge Apartments Rates
Semester leases include utilities. Financial Aid that flows through the college can be applied to the balance of your lease. Deferment Forms are available in the Financial Services Office in order to defer the amount covered by Financial Aid and adjust monthly rent to reflect the deferred amount.

Housing Application
To reserve a room at Rivers Ridge, you must fill out and submit an application (located below) along with a security deposit and a non-refundable application fee. The application does not guarantee on-campus housing, and should not be construed as a lease contract.
