Math, Science and Technology
The Math, Science & Technology Division at Three Rivers offers is dedicated to helping Southeast Missouri students receive quality career education.

Course Requirements
This program is for students who want to develop management and technical skills to enter
agricultural related industry or production. The curriculum is constructed so that students may concentrate in one of two areas: AgriBusiness
or Agritechnology. The curriculum may be completed in two years by the full-time student.
Course Requirements
The flexible Applied Technology program
focuses on marketable skills in the area of applied technology. The program is designed so students can tailor the degree to their specific areas of interest.
Course Requirements
The Environmental/Occupational Safety & Health Technology program prepares students
for positions in occupational safety and health or environmental
technology. Safety and health specialists work with federal, state,
and/or local environmental and occupational regulatory programs.
They address compliance issues, worker’s compensation, monitoring,
training, and recordkeeping in addition to many other requirements.
Course Requirements
Forestry Technology is
designed to enable student to develop skills and knowledge to
enter forestry-related fields. The curriculum may be completed in two years by the full-time student. Students in our program get an education in the many subject areas associated with forestry including: Silviculture, forest measurements, wildlife management, dendrology, logging and marketing of forest products, fire control, forest environmental issues, and many others.
Course Requirements
This option in
the Industrial Technology program focuses on computer-aided
drafting, surveying, general contracting and other civil and construction-related areas. This degree option prepares students for
entry-level employment and a foundation for future advancement
in civil engineering, construction or surveying, as well as entry
into a university-level technology program. The option includes
an internship for on-the-job training with area companies. |

and manufacturing industries. The option includes an internship
for on-the-job training with area companies.

Industrial Technology program focuses on the knowledge and
skills necessary for success in the installation and maintenance of
commercial and industrial systems. This degree option prepares
students for entry-level employment and a foundation for future
advancement in the industrial technology and manufacturing
sectors, as well as entry into university-level technology programs.

This program is
designed to enable students to develop skills and knowledge to
enter power plant related fields. The curriculum may be completed
in two years by the full-time students.
Course Requirements
The Paraprofessional
Educator program prepares students for paraprofessional positions
in the public elementary, middle and high schools, preschools and private schools. Paraprofessional educators work alongside the regular classroomm teacher helping students with their studies. They
often work extensively with special needs children.
Course Requirements
The Occupational Education degree program provides the opportunity for current and prospective
instructors to develop general education, managerial and technical skills needed to be successful in state-of-the-art classrooms and
laboratories. Completion of this professional development program will lead to a Missouri Vocational Teaching Certificate and an Associate of
Applied Science (AAS) degree.
