Description: An 8 week class that will teach students the ability to gain mindfulness and stress management through stretching and YOGA techniques.

Course: Modern Crochet
Description: Learn the techniques of modern crochet and accent your style with homemade scarfs, hats, etc., in this six week, hands-on class.

Course: ACT/Compass Math Preparation Class
Description: This class will assist with preparation before attempting to complete a Math Compass test or the ACT math portion. This class will be held for six weeks. Want to bring your math placement scores up? This class is for you!

Course: Concealed Carry
Description: An 8 hour class that includes 4 hours of classroom instruction followed by 4 hours of a live fire “exercise”. Topics that will be covered include handgun safety, basic principles of marksmanship, care, cleaning, and safe storage of concealable firearms and Missouri’s requirements for getting a license to carry as well as the laws relating to firearms. A physical demonstration of the ability to safely load, fire and unload a revolver and a semiautomatic pistol is required. A live fire “test” with the certified instructor will also be required. (Ammunition must be purchased by the student.)

Course: ServSafe Manager Training
Description: The ServSafe® program provides food safety training, exams and educational materials to foodservice managers. Students can earn the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP). Missouri and Illinois Certification available.
