The Financial Services Office provides many services to students, faculty and staff. The Financial Services Office is located on the 1st floor in the Westover Administrative Building on the Poplar Bluff campus. These services include but are not limited to:
Payments
The Student Financial Services Office accepts payments in person during business hours, by mail and online through myTRCC. We accept cash, check, Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. Learn more about our payment plan option through Nelnet.
Billing
The Student Financial Services Office bills students and sponsors for tuition and fees. Authorization to bill sponsors must be received in the Student Financial Services Office by the first payment due date. Statements are available on myTRCC.
Refunds
We offer 100% refunds within the refund period and distribute excess Financial Aid refunds. Visit the Refund page for more information about Refunds.
Work-Study and Tutor Paychecks
Financial Services distributes pay for hourly employees, including Work-Study and Tutors, on a biweekly schedule.
Parking Stickers
Students can pick-up Three Rivers parking stickers in the Student Financial Services Office. Parking stickers are vaild for one year from June 1 thru May 31.
Tax Forms
The Financial Services Office mails out 1098-T tax forms by January 31 annually. The 1098-T form is also available on myTRCC.
