
The following members of the President's Cabinet are the college's senior level team members who are responsible for Three Rivers' three primary administrative areas: Learning, Student Success, and Financial Services. Cabinet members report directly to the President and work with him to guide the college in achieving its mission of providing quality, accessible and affordable learning opportunities and services for academic scholarship and professional success.

Charlotte Eubank, Chief Financial Officer Charlotte Eubank came to Three Rivers in 2007 as Comptroller, overseeing the business office operations. In 2010, Eubank became the Chief Financial Officer after serving as interim since 2009. As CFO, Eubank is responsible for the college's financial operations in addition to the college bookstore and facilities maintenance. Eubank has more than 15 years of experience providing accounting, auditing and financial services. Before joining the college, Eubank served in various financial positions for corporations such as Poplar Bluff Internet Inc., FedEx Corporation, Alltel Corporation, and Dillard's Department Stores Inc. Eubank has also practiced public accounting with firms such as Coffman & Co. and Baird, Kurtz & Dobson. Eubank holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration Degree from the University of Central Arkansas and has been a Certified Public Accountant more than 10 years. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Missouri Society of CPAs. Eubank lives in Poplar Bluff with her husband, Daniel, and their daughter, Emma. |

Jason Hoseney, Vice President for Student Success Jason Hoseney, Vice President for Student Success, joined Three Rivers College in January 2010. He is responsible for the areas of enrollment services, student services, student life, financial aid, housing, campus police, and athletics. Prior to coming to Three Rivers, Hoseney was the director of student support services at Lower Columbia College in Longview, Washington. During his 10-year tenure at Lower Columbia, he also served as the co-director of student activities and was the head women's basketball coach for seven seasons. Before Lower Columbia, Hoseney served as the family and youth services coordinator at the Gaston Literacy Council in Gastonia, North Carolina, as well as an assistant men's basketball coach at Belmont Abbey College. Hoseney holds a Master of Education in educational leadership from Concordia University, a Bachelor of Science in human development from Warner Pacific College, and an Associate in Arts and Sciences in chemical dependence counseling from Clark College. Additionally, he completed his coursework toward a Doctorate of Education in community college leadership from Oregon State University and is currently working on completing his dissertation. Hoseney is also a founding member of the Human Services-Board Certified Practitioner (HS-BCP) credential. Mr. Hoseney is married to the former Angela Brown of Amboy, Washington. The Hoseney's live in Poplar Bluff, MO and have been married 17 years. They have three children: Jaden age 8, Luke age 6, and an infant daughter, Kayla. |

Dr. Wesley Payne, Vice President for Learning Dr. Wesley Payne joined Three Rivers as the Vice President for Learning in July 2009. He previously served as the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Professor of Business at the College of Coastal Georgia. Payne has twenty years of experience serving as a faculty member and academic leader in community and baccalaureate colleges. In 2006, Payne was honored with the E-Award by the Louisiana Technology Council, is a two time winner of the Tennessee Board of Regents Distance Learning Innovations Award, and was selected for Who's Who Among America's Teachers three times. Payne has been active in and a frequent presenter with national and regional organizations, such as the Association of Institutional Research, the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs, and the Southern Association of Community College Researchers. Prior to joining Three Rivers he was also a frequent consultant to colleges and universities in the areas of accreditation, distance learning, and learning outcomes assessment. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership from Mississippi State University, a Masters of Business Administration from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, a Bachelors of Professional Studies from the University of Memphis, and an Associates of Arts in Accountancy from Northwest Mississippi Community College. He and his wife, Dr. Maribeth Payne, live in Butler County. |
