Three Rivers College presents Constitution Day event featuring “The Bill of Rights and You”
Constitution Day is this Friday, September 17, and Three Rivers College will be celebrating on the Three Rivers College Poplar Bluff campus from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. with a line up guest speakers talking about the amendments in the Bill of Rights.
The lineup of speakers and topics for “The Bill of Rights and You” is as follows:
- 9 a.m.: Mark Richardson, 10th amendment
- 10 a.m.: Shawn Westbrooks, 2nd amendment
- 11 a.m.: Judge Wade Pierce, 6th amendment
- 11:30 a.m.: Judge John Bloodworth, 5th amendment
- 11:45 a.m.: Todd Richardson, 9th amendment
- 12 p.m.: Dr. John LaDue, 1st amendment
The Three Rivers faculty who arranged this event, Dr. Ryan Bixby and Judy Davis, will also be speaking.
The event will be held in PLST 108 on the Three Rivers Poplar Bluff campus, as well as via Zoom. To join the Zoom event, click here. The meeting passcode is: 559262. Zoom attendees who would like to ask questions are encouraged to email their questions to email@example.com.

Pocket copies of the Constitution will also be available for free to attendees.
