As a precautionary measure in response to a recent network outage, the College is requiring all students to reset their password for Blackboard and email. (NOTE: No change is required for your myTRCC password.)
To reset your password, use the password reset tool below. Be aware that it can take several minutes for the password reset tool to load, so please be patient.
In the password reset tool are boxes to type in your:
- User Principal Name (which is your complete TRC email address, including @mymail.trcc.edu)
- Password (your current password)
- New Password
- Confirm New Password
Then click the "Change Password" button.
Your new password must be a minimum of 12 characters (max. 20) and include at least one each of the following:
- Lowercase letters (a-z)
- Uppercase letters (A-Z)
- Numerals (0-9)
- Symbols (! # $ % _)
Password changes may take up to 30 minutes to synchronize with Office 365. Note that you cannot change your password using Office 365 at this time.
