Three Rivers has partnered with BankMobile, a financial services company focused solely on higher education, to offer faster delivery of refunds to students. The Raider OneCard functions as the official student identification card for Three Rivers College. A photo is now required before a card can be ordered. Raider OneCards will be issued to new students that have registered for classes once a student has his or her photo taken at the Office of Student Accounts or at the locations in Dexter, Kennett, or Sikeston. Online students may drive to any location or the main campus to have their photos taken. Students with previous non-photo Raider OneCards will still be able to use their Raider OneCard as they always have, but will still be required to have a photo on file if a replacement card has to be ordered.

The RaiderOne card is accepted with no fee for cash withdrawal at Allpoint ATM’s located in many stores throughout our service area. For a list of all AllPoint ATM locations, visit http://www.allpointnetwork.com/locator.aspx.

Raider OneCard FAQs


1. How are refunds from Three Rivers delivered to students?
Refunds are delivered via the refund selection preference you choose when activating the Raider OneCard. Activate your ID card and make your refund selection preference online by visiting RaiderOneCard.com. Once your refund preference is selected, funds are sent from Three Rivers to BankMobile, which then disburses the refunds according to your selection. (Please note: In order for us to serve you better, please SELECT YOUR REFUND PREFERENCE as soon as your Refund Selection Kit arrives in the mail.)
2. How do I get my Raider OneCard?
Three Rivers students will receive a Raider OneCard from BankMobile in the mail at their primary address on file with Three Rivers once they have a photo taken at either the Office of Student Accounts, or at the locations in Kennett, Sikeston, or Dexter. If you are unable to have your picture taken at one of our locations please email studentaccounts@trcc.edu or call Student Accounts at 573-840-9662.

3. I don't think I will ever get a refund. Why is it important to select a refund preference?
Although you might not currently expect a refund from Three Rivers, we may have a refund for you in the future. After all, it may be necessary to drop a class, a class may be cancelled or you may simply receive a scholarship or assistance you were not anticipating. Selecting your preferred method to receive refunds from Three Rivers ensures you'll always receive your refunds in a timely manner.

4. What if I already selected a refund preference?
Even if you're already receiving a refund from Three Rivers, you are required to select your refund preference as soon as you receive your Refund Selection Kit! It only takes a minute to select your refund preference with Three Rivers and BankMobile to avoid any delays in getting your refund.

5. What are my options for receiving Financial Aid or other refunds?
  1. DEPOSIT TO AN EXISITING ACCOUNT – Money is transferred to an existing account the same business day BankMobile receives funds from your school. Typically, it takes 1 to 2 business days for the receiving bank to credit the money to your account.
  2. DEPOSIT TO A BANKMOBILE VIBE ACCOUNT – If you open a BankMobile Vibe checking account (upon identity verification), money is deposited the same business day BankMobile receives funds from your school.
  3. PAPER CHECK DELIVERED BY USPS – A check is mailed the same business day BankMobile receives funds from your school, provided receipt is within daily cutoff times. Typically, it takes 5 to 7 business days for the check to arrive, depending on USPS First-Class® delivery timeframes.
6. What exactly is the BankMobile Vibe Checking Account?
The BankMobile Vibe checking account is a digital-only, FDIC insured checking account with access to 55,000 fee-free Allpoint® ATMs, money management tools, and a one-of-a-kind recognition program. You can continue to use this account when you are no longer a student, and BankMobile also offers an interest-bearing savings account. You are able to make purchases anywhere Debit MasterCard is accepted.
The BankMobile Vibe checking account has a $2.99 monthly service fee; however, you may avoid this fee by making Qualifying Deposits totaling $300 or more per statement cycle. Qualifying Deposits include direct deposit, transfers from external bank accounts, check deposits, point-of-sale deposits, and cash deposits such as those made via Green Dot® Reload @ the Register™. Financial aid refunds or other refunds issued by your school, interest earned on your account, promotional credits such as cash back awards, internal account transfers, fee waivers, fee credits, returned items, or dispute credits are not eligible toward the $300 in total deposits. 7. How will I know when my Financial Aid or other refund has been direct deposited to my Three Rivers BankMobile Vibe Checking Account?
BankMobile will send an email to the address you entered during activation when your refund has been deposited to your Account. Additionally, you can view the details of your BankMobile Vibe Checking Account by accessing your statement online at RaiderOneCard.com or by signing up to receive text messages sent directly to your cell phone with Mobile Alerts.

8. Can I have my refund deposited to another bank account?
Yes. You may have your refund deposited to the bank of your choice. In order to have your refund deposited to your bank, select your refund preference as soon as you receive the Refund Selection Kit and card by visiting RaiderOneCard.com. During the selection process, select ACH Transfer to another bank for your refund preference and simply complete, print, and send the required third-party form to the designated address. The form will be available online during the selection process.

9. Why is the MasterCard Brand Mark on my new Raider OneCard?
The Raider OneCard can be used to make purchases wherever Debit MasterCard is accepted. It is important to note that the Raider OneCard is NOT A CREDIT CARD, but rather a DEBIT CARD backed by the purchasing power of the MasterCard network.
