Tinnin Fine Arts Center
The Tinnin Fine Arts Center houses a concert-quality, 500-seat theater, an art gallery, studio spaces, classrooms, and faculty offices. Find a show and discover the arts on campus at Three Rivers College.
Music, Performances, Art and More
Built in 1997, the Tinnin Fine Arts Center has enriched the lives of tens of thousands of people through performing and visual arts and the humanities. The Nelson B.-Brent B. Tinnin Center was named after the husband and son, respectively, of major contributor, Lora Tinnin.
The Tinnin Center is a vital part of the College’s community outreach efforts. Each year, the Three Rivers Music Department hosts workshops for hundreds of area junior high and high school band and choir students. The Patrons of the Arts sponsors performances for area school children. The theater provides a venue for community-sponsored conferences, lectures, political debates, and performances.
Featured Performances
The Tinnin Center Theater hosts a variety of performances including national touring productions of ballet and modern dance, plays and musicals, acrobats, and musical performers from opera tenors to bluegrass pickers.
